Came for a visit following the new menu release! Food was incredible, I had the roasted beetroot gnocchi and Thai green pineapple - amazing meal overall. Honestly could not recommend this place more, everything on the menu looked gorgeous

I recently dined here and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and overall experience. I had the duck for my main course, and it was cooked to perfection — beautifully tender with a crisp skin, and paired with a rich, flavorful sauce that complemented the meat wonderfully.For dessert, I opted for the bread and butter pudding. It was warm, comforting, and indulgent without being overly heavy. The custard was silky and the pudding had just the right balance of sweetness and texture.Service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant. I’d happily return.

Lovely food and good service, great place for lunch with friends, Megan our server was really friendly and helpful. New menu highly recommended.

This was by far the best Sunday roast I have ever had. I had pork and crackling and it was stunning. Furthermore, the service was top class. Delighted we found it and I will definitely be eating here again when I am next in Penkridge.

Just spent three nights in this lovely hotel. We have eaten there many times but this was our first stay, and we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and full of charm in keeping with the building.

First visit to this little gem, popped in for lunch by chance as we were passing and hungry, best bit they are dog friendly around the bar area. We ordered sandwiches and a couple of drinks, both were delivered in a timely manner and were very tasty.
